NTX GAMING FAQs

QUESTION: How can you handle Large Parties and Fund Raising?
We can entertain hundreds of people at a time with Tournament Style “FUN-Raising!”
If you have a large event with many people and you want us to keep them entertained or help you raise money, we have experience in this area. We can set our trailer up to rotate players (20 at a time) in tournament style for 7 minute intervals. It’s great fun because the winner stays in the truck and as each new group comes in, they try to “unseat” them. The entire crowd feels as if they are playing one game against each other and we’ve had great success with this “big event” format. Don’t worry about the size of your group. We will keep them enjoying the fun and if they are buying tickets to benefit your cause, they typically jump out and buy more tickets to keeping playing against everyone! Where else can you have 20 people all playing at once– great for all ages and the Game Coach stays present to tutor or inspire.

General “FUN-Raising”
We can set up our trailer with up to 5 different games at once, and allow 20 people to rotate through our trailer at a time. Each time a guest enters, they must have a ticket sold by you or your organization to help raise money.

Example: Tickets are sold for $2/each. We can rotate 20 players in at once for 10 minute intervals.

20 players X $2/player = $40 every 10 minutes. We generally can rotate 5 groups per hour for a total of $200/hour in funds for your organization! A 4-hour event could raise up to $800 with $2 ticket cost. You set the price of the ticket…and watch the results add up!

Schools
Schools can invite us to come in one day and treat kids to time in the mobile game theater for rewards for great school work, grades, projects or class bonding — or we can show a movie!

Charities
North Texas XTREME Gaming is dedicated to being charitable in many ways. Not everyone has access to these types of games and a couple hours with us could really brighten some smiles. If you are in charge of a charitable organization, contact us for details.

QUESTION: How do I do this? How do I look into booking a party?
ANSWER: Use the “Book Us” form and send in your date time and we’ll respond letting you know if it is available. Just confirm and that’s it!

QUESTION: How do I secure my party date and time?
ANSWER: Your party will not be secured until your payment is received. All party dates and times will be considered “open” until payment has been received. This means you could potentially lose your requested date and time if you delay payment.

QUESTION: How do I know the trailer can come to my house?

ANSWER: Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. As long as your street isn’t on a very sharp hill, we can come. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church or parking lot!

QUESTION: Will the kids know what to do?
ANSWER: That’s why we bring our Game Coach! He helps the kids along, inspires and instructs. We make sure it’s the party of the year!

QUESTION: Should I be concerned about the types of games for kids?
ANSWER: If you have such concerns, inform the Game Coach upon arrival and he will make sure that the gaming is appropriate. Otherwise, he will follow the lead of the guest(s) of honor and make sure they are having the time of their lives!

QUESTION: What about bad weather?
ANSWER: We come rain, shine, temps below freezing or over 100 degrees — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive, we’ll be there!

QUESTION: What time should I make the party?
ANSWER: We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is 30-60 minutes before our arrival time — that way they eat first & they all see the grand arrival of our mobile video game theater!

QUESTION: What if too many people show up to the party? Is there an extra charge?
ANSWER: Certainly not! Bring them on! We’ll keep them all having fun!

QUESTION: Do I request certain games?
ANSWER: We always bring the full game library to every event and your Game Coach will listen to you and make suggestions to make your event successful. We do request that if you want “M” rated games you send us an e-mail or list them in the comments section when booking. You can see our game list here.

QUESTION: Do I tip the Game Coach?
ANSWER: The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for service is a great idea, but not required.

QUESTION: Do I have to pay for the party in advance?
ANSWER: Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking, you must pay on line or arrange to drop your payment with us. Otherwise, your date and time is still open for booking by others.

QUESTION: How do the invitations work?
ANSWER: As soon as you confirm your party on line, we will get you set up with digital invites. Or if you prefer, we can mail postcard invitations to you.

QUESTION: What time will you be arriving?
ANSWER: The Game Coach arrives in plenty of time to be setup and start your party at the designated start time. Normally between 10-20 minutes ahead of time. Earlier for Laser Tag.

QUESTION: Where can I view your official policies?
ANSWER: You can view them here, or by clicking on the “Book Us” Tab on the navigation menu.
